SHIPPING POLICY:

*NOTE: Even 1 DAY, 2 DAY or 3 DAY shipping may take up to 48 hours to process and Actually ship. Due to the nature of this business and the products involved, there are often unique shipping requirements and variables. We will do the best to adhere to the shipping amounts that you have chosen and paid for. If there is a discrepancy and we can not ship for the amount you paid for in your shopping cart, we will contact you with your options which will include a complete refund if you wish. When it comes to items that require FREIGHT, this is an entire different can of worms, and things can change on a daily basis. When FREIGHT is used for shipping, there are many variables that come into play; we will more than likely call you in a situation where freight is used. It is very difficult to calculate freight on the internet because of all of the variables. In a situation where you purchase an item, and the standard shipping methods can not deliver to your address, and we need to make other arrangements, we will call you; but remember, WE WILL NEVER CHARGE YOUR CARD EXTRA FOR ANYTHING WITHOUT CALLING AND GETTING PERMISSION FROM YOU FIRST.

RETURN POLICY:

This next sentence is VERY IMPORTANT, so read it carefully. When you receive an item from www.stageandtheaterlighting.com, KEEP ALL PACKING MATERIALS until you inspect the item. IF YOU THROW AWAY THE PACKING MATERIALS, AND THE ITEM(S) ARE DAMAGED, YOU ARE STUCK WITH THE DAMAGED ITEMS!!!!!!! PERIOD.... Inspecting the packing materials is the only way that the shipping people (UPS, FedEX, USPS, etc.) can determine if the damage is their fault........ In case you were wondering why, THAT is the reason...

Items can be returned if the following conditions are met

1. Items must be in ORIGINAL PACKING MATERIALS, UNOPENED!
2. Items must be POSTMARKED no later than 10 days after date of original delivery.
3. Items must have an RMA number (obtained from customer support).
4. Customer must pay all return shipping costs.
5. Items must be shipped back to the address obtained at time RMA number is obtained (all products are not returned to the same address).
6. There will be a 15% restocking fee that must be paid before you get your refund. If you wish, we can take the restocking fee out of your refund.
